1. $45 USD extra charge for vomiting inside the vehicle
Cabo Airport Shuttle will charge $45 USD if a passenger vomits or spills a drink on the seats or any surface difficult to clean. But the charge can increase to $150 USD in cases of “significant quantities of body fluids (urine, blood or vomit) in the interior of the vehicle.
The extra fees compensate the drivers for the time and money they spend cleaning their vehicles.
2. Grocery store location stops
For the hotels in the San Jose del Cabo and Corridor area, the stop will be in one of the stores located along the way. If the client wants to go to Costco (located in Cabo San Lucas) and he is staying in San Jose del Cabo, there will be an extra charge for the transfer, plus the $25 charge for the 30-minute stop at the grocery store.
3. Half payments
If your reservation is for a round trip transfer the total amount will need to be paid on the day of your arrival at the latest, otherwise, the cost of the transfer will be as a one-way transfer.
4. Traveling with pets
A pet traveling must stay in the kennel the entire trip.
5. Late arrivals and early departures have to be paid in advance
A 7:00 pm arrival flight time is considered a late arrival. An early departure is before 7:00 am.
The payment has to be received at least 2 hours before the arrival flight time or at the latest at 9:00 pm the night before the departure.
6. Beverages included in the service
The beers and waters that are provided on arrival are complimentary. Only 1 beer per passenger is included. If you wish to have more beers there will be an extra charge.
7. Smoking and eating inside the vehicle
Smoking and eating is not allowed inside the vehicle, please note that after your service we have other rides and the smell of the food and the cigarette is not acceptable.
8. Car seats and boosters
Cabo Airport Shuttle provides car seats and boosters upon request at the cost of 5 USD and 3 USD each, and the charge covers a round trip transfer.
Cabo Airport Shuttle employees cannot install the child seats for customers but do give out directions that explain how to install them properly.
Clients are responsible for the installation of car seats and boosters. The instructions are provided in the owner’s manual located on the child seat.
9. Lost and found
In Cabo Airport Shuttle, we will make every effort to hold items left behind. Please contact us via email and provide detailed information regarding the lost item.
If the owner of the lost article is still in Los Cabos and the item has been found, the driver that did your service will contact you to accord a time and date to return it to you.
If the owner of the lost article is not in Los Cabos, Cabo Airport Shuttle assumes no responsibility for returning lost items to the country of origin.
The owner of the lost item will provide the shipping company of choice with indications on how and where to send the missing article and the shipping cost.
