When can I expect my driver to arrive on the day of scheduled service?
Your private chauffeur will be holding your personalized sign to greet you upon your arrival.
Will the driver notify me when they arrive at my pick up location?
Yes your private chauffeur will announce himself at the hotel lobby. Passengers are required to be standing inside your resort lobby or outside the lobby or where they can see our vehicle when it arrives. Nevertheless, please make sure you have provided us with your cell phone number and are available to take a call in the event we need to reach you.
Why is my pick up time so much earlier than my flight time?
The pickups are scheduled 2 hours and 45 minutes to allow sufficient travel time to airports on departures. This assures that everyone arrives at the airport in plenty of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to qualify for refund.
